This single page combines the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Use of the Site and Service constitutes acceptance of this Legal Agreement.

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. No performance or profit guarantees are made.
Nature of Products and Services
• All products and services offered by bl01c are digital and delivered electronically (for example, access to signals/analytics via email or Telegram, and downloadable educational materials such as ebooks and guides).
• Once a digital product (including any ebook, report, or other download) has been made available for download or access (e.g. access link or file delivered), it is considered fully delivered.
Crypto Payment Terms (Irreversible)
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Crypto payments via supported networks and assets indicated at checkout.
• For alternative or custom arrangements, you may contact bl01c support before ordering.
Payment Process:
• You complete checkout on bl01c.xyz.
• You receive a wallet address and/or QR code to send the crypto payment.
• After sufficient blockchain confirmations and verification, access to the purchased Service and/or digital download is granted.
Irreversibility and No Refunds:
• Crypto transactions are inherently irreversible at the blockchain level.
• All bl01c products and services are digital, including signals, analytics, reports, swing setups, DeFi/airdrop write‑ups, ebooks, and other downloadable educational materials.
• Once blockchain payment is confirmed and access to any digital content (signals, analytics, reports, setups, ebooks, or other downloads) has been granted or a download link has been delivered to you, the service is deemed fully performed and no refunds or chargebacks are provided, including for partial use, non‑use, dissatisfaction with the content, or changes in market conditions.
No Auto‑Renewals:
All purchases are one‑time payments.
There are no automatic renewals or recurring billing.
Access lasts for the specific duration or content scope indicated for the tier or product purchased.
EU Consumer Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
If you are an EU consumer and EU consumer protection rules apply to your purchase of digital content (including subscriptions, signals, analytics, ebooks, and other downloads):
By completing checkout, you expressly request and consent to immediate performance of the digital content and Service, and
you acknowledge that you lose any statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital content once access is granted (for example, when signals/analytics are made available to you or when an ebook or other digital file/link is delivered or becomes downloadable).
Subscription Benefits and Access Duration
bl01c Mail:
• Analytics reports, swing setups, DeFi opportunities, portfolio picks, and airdrop opportunities delivered via email for the duration associated with your purchase.
Telegram (All Tiers):
• Real‑time signals, swing setups, DeFi opportunities, portfolio picks, and airdrop opportunities delivered via Telegram for the premium access period.
Ebooks and Digital Downloads:
• Educational ebooks and other downloadable content are delivered as one‑time digital products, typically via download link or email.
• Access to the specific ebook or digital file is granted on a one‑time basis and remains available as described at the time of purchase (for example, ongoing download access or single download, depending on the platform setup).
Access to subscriptions continues for the purchased duration or until terminated under these Terms. There is no automatic extension unless you make a new purchase.
User Responsibilities
When using bl01c.xyz or any Service, you agree that:
• You will not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post any signals, analytics, setups, reports, ebooks, or other proprietary content received from bl01c.
• You will not operate multiple accounts or otherwise attempt to circumvent access limits, usage controls, or fair‑use provisions.
• You will conduct your own independent research and due diligence before placing any trades.
• You understand and accept the high risk associated with cryptocurrency trading and DeFi activities.
bl01c may monitor for suspected abuse (for example, unusual sharing patterns or simultaneous logins) and may restrict or terminate access where abuse is reasonably suspected.

• Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading are highly speculative and involve a significant risk of loss, including the possibility of losing your entire capital.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or otherwise exploit the content commercially without prior written consent from bl01c.
Limitation of Liability

bl01c is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
• Access to subscription‑based Services automatically ends at the expiration of the purchased duration, unless you purchase new access.
• Access to ebooks and other one‑time digital downloads is governed by the access conditions stated at purchase (for example, ongoing access to a file or link, or a one‑time download right).
bl01c may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, if there is reasonable evidence of:
⁃ Abuse, unauthorized sharing, or redistribution of content.
⁃ Attempted security breaches or fraud.
⁃ Other material breaches of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service and content ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and no‑refund clauses) will continue to apply.
